Welcome to Year 5.

PE – is on a Thursday and Friday

Please bring PE kit into school on a Monday morning and take it home on a Friday to be washed over the weekend.  We would like kit to stay in school all week just in case the day of PE changes.

Homework – Friday

Homework is given to the children to take home every Friday night.  The homework book and your homework needs to be brought back to school by the following Wednesday

Reading - everyday

We would love it if you could find 10 minutes every day to read with your child.  When you have listened to your child read, please sign their reading record.

Bedtime stories are a great way to introduce your child to new books and authors.  You are never too old for a story!  If you don’t have any books at home, you can join the library for free!  Your child can also use the computers for half an hour for free at the library.

After school clubs –    Tuesday – Basket ball

                                   Friday  - Football
